Daniel & Misty Prunty - Brokers
Daniel and Misty, married high school sweethearts and lifelong residents of Hernando County, are an active and accomplished couple. They love spending free time with their 2 girls. Each of them sharing a passion for the Florida outdoors.. fishing in the Gulf, kayaking the local rivers, sunbathing on the Florida coastline and hunting/camping the nearby forests.
In 2002, they obtained their real estate licenses, marking the beginning of their professional journey. Daniel's expertise goes beyond being a licensed broker; he is also a licensed contractor and has prior experience as an insurance claims adjuster for Citizens Insurance. Misty, on the other hand, comes from a real estate lineage. Her late grandmother was a respected broker in Clearwater, and her father followed in his mother's footsteps, eventually establishing his own brokerage in Hernando County. Inspired by her family's legacy, Misty and Daniel are now striving to continue the tradition of excellence.
Together, Daniel and Misty form a powerful team, combining their skills, knowledge, and shared dedication. With their extensive experience and unwavering commitment, they consistently deliver outstanding results for their clients.
Annette Carter
Annette is our most experience agent, obtaining and maintaining her Real Estate license since 1993. In the beginning Annette initially began her journey by hanging her license with Misty's father right here in Hernando County.
The knowledge she accrued paved the way for a distinguished career, specializing in Commercial and Land Development sales.
